Stay with the injured person. Stay calm, call for assistance. Determine injuries and give first aid.

Send someone to call 911
When calling for an ambulance, state the following:
- Location of accident
- A short description of injury
- Specify entrance where you will meet attendant
- instruct ambulance to drive into the Hornbeck cross country ski parking lot
- Wait for ambulance at specified location
- Accompany attendants to accident scene
